چکیده
Diversity in forms of animal life, diversity in function of an organisms cells, and diversity in function of a single cell over its lifetime or in response to different stimuli drives a whole plethora of processes in biology. Gene control circuitry actually dictates whether or not, and when and by how much a particular gene should be expressed in a cell in order to create such diversity. Such control mechanisms are often present in the genome in the form of cis-regulatory modules: regions in the neighborhood of each gene which contain sequence motifs (particular genetic subsequences which are noisy copies of each other) where proteins (called Transcription Factors) that regulate the gene expression bind. The large amounts of genomic (and often other corresponding experimental) data involved, and the complexity of the resulting analysis lends itself well to a machine learning

Study of pH influence on the stability of 175th codon of P53 genes by computational and modeling methods
P53 tumor suppressor gene, also known as “genome guardian” is mutated in more than half of allkind of cancers. In this study we have investigated the controls of environmental pH for P53 genemutation in point of specific sequence which is prone to mutagenesis. The most probable cancerousmutations occur as point mutations in exons 5-8 of P53 gene. The 175th codon of P53 is the thirdmost mutated ...
متن کاملO-36: Genome Haplotyping and Detection of Meiotic Homologous Recombination Sites in Single Cells, A Generic Method for Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis
Background: Haplotyping is invaluable not only to identify genetic variants underlying a disease or trait, but also to study evolution and population history as well as meiotic and mitotic recombination processes. Current genome-wide haplotyping methods rely on genomic DNA that is extracted from a large number of cells. Thus far random allele drop out and preferential amplification artifacts of...
متن کاملGenome-wide computational prediction of miRNAs in severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) revealed target genes involved in pulmonary vasculature and antiviral innate immunity
The current outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)in China threatened humankind worldwide. The coronaviruses contains the largest RNA genome among all other known RNA viruses, therefore the disease etiology can be understood by analyzing the genome sequence of SARS-CoV-2. In this study, we used an ab-intio based computational tool VMir to scan the complete geno...
متن کاملNuclear Architecture and Epigenetics of Lineage Choice
Differentiation is an epigenetic process which is installed by changes of transcriptional programs over successive cellular divisions. A number of studies have reported the effects of biochemical modifications of chromatin (DNA and chromatin proteins) on the regulation of transcription. Although, these studies are able to explain how transcription of a given gene is regulated (toward activation...

The present article is an analysis of the formation and evolution of the city of Songhor in Islamic times. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose and method. And to collect the required data and information, library-documentary studies and field visits (observation, testing and interviewing) were used. Among the archaeological evidence and historical documents examined in t...
